Returns

You have 14 days to make a return. The product you wish to return must be sent back intact with your receipt in the paper form and a signed return form.

Download the return form and print it out or write it on a piece of paper, fill in all the details and sign it - enclose the original with the return parcel.

Please also write us an e-mail stating that you plan to return the goods; this will make the return process easier for us. Before sending the parcel to us, please send an e-mail with your order number and information about the planned return to maar.jewellery@gmail.com.

Complaints

If the product you have ordered has a defect, you are more than welcome to make a complaint. First please make a complaint to the e-mail address maar.jewellery@gmail.com. Please quote the order number, describe the defect and send photos.

Once you have received an e-mail response from us, you will need to complete the complaint form, which will include your order number, the name of the ordering party, and a detailed description of the defect/damage. The form should be attached to the parcel along with the defective item. The parcel should be sent to us at the following address:

The complaints are processed within 14 days from the moment we have received the parcel. We send decisions to the e-mail address specified in the form. If you would like to receive more information, please e-mail us at: maar.jewellery@gmail.com

REPLACEMENT

If you would like to exchange the product for another one, please e-mail us at maar.jewellery@gmail.com

Depending on the availability of the products, we will exchange the product for another one indicated by the Buyer.

The postage cost of the re-shipped product will be borne by the Buyer.
